Stress is a condition caused by events that upset our mental, emotional, and physical balance. Stress affects one’s behavior, body, and mind.

Managing Stress —
Participants partake in a relaxation activity followed by a discussion about stress and ways to cope with it.
Coping with Culture Shock and Displacement —
Participants reflect on memories of their home country and then discuss culture shock and displacement issues during a facilitated discussion.
